One good senior friend at a foundation told me that I’ve not develop myself significantly in the last five years, in fact my performance is worst than five years ago.
He said that I’ve lost both my originality and the ability to reimagine the world with naive confidence. I’ve no longer lead with strong new vision but stuck with incompetent practicalities that I will never master. That I’ve convinced people with reasons rather than my original vision.
He concluded that I’ve turned back from my real self and lost my alien-ness.
After I heard this, I was in complete agreement 🙂
